With a view over spectacular landscape, the Lotus house is the latest Montegenet country cottage. Building was completed at the beginning of summer 2013.

Designed by architect Pierre Chrétien, Lotus is a passive house (energy saving).

The shape of the property (the building is in the shape of a traditional tobacco dryer), the materials used (external wood cladding, old teak parquet flooring, aluminium external door and window frames, oak door and window frames inside, etc.) combine tradition and modernity and integrate perfectly into the style of the Montagenet hamlet.

The quality of its facilities, furnishings and decoration make Lotus an exceptional place to stay.

Lotus has 3 floors, covering a surface area of around 300m² (including 2 covered terraces of 25m² each):

• fully equipped kitchen (dishes, cooking tools, induction hob, oven, micro-wave oven, dishwasher, refrigerator)

• 70m² kitchen-dining room-living room with fireplace-insert, hi-fi system, TV and DVD player

• utility room (freezer, washing machine, dryer, etc)

• 1 bathroom, 4 shower rooms, 5 WC
• 5 large bedrooms, 2 with disabled access (1 double bed, 8 single beds, which can be made into 4 double beds on request)
